Purchasing from Falcon Eyes
A valid holder of a credit card issued by a licensed bank acceptable to Paypal.
Providing accurate e-mail address, read name, phone number, shipping address and other information as requested on the site.
All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation of the order price. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchase by other customers.
Customer could request a special instruction before or after the purchase. However, we retain the right to refuse any unreasonable requests.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once your ordered is accepted.
Shipping & Collections
You will be informed with the estimated delivery time when you place your order with us online. Our teams will try their best to ship the purchased items on or earlier than the estimated delivery time.
Every items from our website/online store will be included with free local shipping (through Hong Kong Post office / UC express / SF express), for international shipping (most of the countries are offered with free international shipping) please contact us in order to find out the exact shipping cost in your area if the shipping cost doesn't show up during the check out.
Falcon Eyes offers 1-year warranty for products purchased on falconeyeshk.com, we provide free parts & service for items covered within the warranty period. Note that shipping cost is not included with the warranty if items need to be returned, or items/parts need to be shipped.
(For Falcon Eyes items purchased on other online platform as eBay / Amazon will not be offered with warranty from falconeyeshk.com)

Unsatisfactory & Return / Exchange
When you have received item(s) with unsatisfactory or not described as they are on the website, please contact us for a return with refund or an exchange request. Here are the approximate procedures.
1. Please inform us the return reason and order number by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return.
(we might request customers to send images/videos as proof to us before the return)
2. Customer will have to request a return within 7 days after he/she has received the item(s), otherwise return will not be accepted.
3. Customer is responsible for the return and exchange shipping cost, tracking number of the returned parcel must be provided to us afterward. Item(s) will have to be returned with original condition, otherwise refund or exchange might not be possible.
4. Once the return parcel is received and accepted by Falcon Eyes, we will arrange to refund or exchange upon the request from the customer.
Refund: payment will be refund to original payment method. (Paypal or Credit card)
Exchange: We will send new replacement(s) to exchange with the returned item(s). For exchanging with different item(s) from original, please inform us upfront to discuss the possibilities that we could do for you.
